The play is set one year after A Christmas Carol, when Scrooge has returned to his miserly ways and put The Ghosts of Christmas on trial for breaking and entering, kidnapping, slander, pain and suffering, attempted murder and the intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The cast will include Joe Vincent as Ebenezer Scrooge; J.D. Sutton as Jacob Marley and Bob Cratchit; Ron Schnieder as the Judge; Anne Hering as Mrs. Dilbert; and playwright Brown will defense attorney Rothschild.
