Five-time MAC Award winner Tommy Femia will star in Judy Garland Live at the Rising Action Theatre, August 12-23.

Femia has performed as Judy on national television, in two Off-Broadway shows Whoop-Dee-Doo! and I Will Come Back!, and at clubs, casinos and events around the world.
