After his Broadway debut in Sweet Charity, Reams has played some of Broadway's greatest roles to critical acclaim, including Billy Lawlor in 42nd Street, Lumiere in Disneys Beauty and the Beast, Albin/ZaZa in La Cage aux Folles, Cornelius Hackl in Hello Dolly!, and Will Parker in Oklahoma!.

As a Broadway director, Reams has directed Hello, Dolly! and An Evening with Jerry Herman.
