A.C.T. to Offer Free Performances of Will on Wheels’ The Comedy of Errors

American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) will offer two free public performances of Dominique Lozano’s abridged version of Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors, on Thursday, March 17 at 12:30pm at Justin Herman Plaza and Monday, March 21 at 12:30pm at Union Square. Lozano has directed the production, which is touring to schools around the Bay Area as part of the theater’s Will on Wheels program.

This play centers on two sets of twins, accidentally separated at birth, who find themselves unexpectedly reunited. The company features eight members of the A.C.T. Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) Program: Matt Bradley, Alexander Crowther, Christina Lorenn Elmore, Jason Frank, Ben Kahre, Jessica Kitchens, Maggie Rastetter, and Courtney Thomas.

The performances are free and open to the public. In case of rain, the Justin Herman Plaza performance will be postponed to 12:30 pm on Sunday, March 20. Rain contingency plans will be announced at a later date for the Union Square performance.
