City Theatre Announces Partial 2009-2010 Season

By Pittsburgh
City Theatre has announced a partial list of productions for their 2009-2010 subscription season, which will include the U.S. premiere of The Clockmaker by Stephen Massicotte, a romantic comedy/murder mystery about a crime that has yet to be committed; the world premiere of When January Feels Like Summer by Cori Thomas, about unexpected love connections for two homeboys, a garbage man, an Indian shopkeeper, and his transgendered brother; and David Harrower's Olivier Award winning Blackbird, a confrontation between two characters, Una and Ray, over a scandalous affair that destroyed Una's life fifteen years earlier.

The season will also feature two special presentations, A Kodachrome Christmas by Pat Hazell and 'Til Death Do Us Part: Late Night Catechism 3 by Maripat Donovan.
