Full cast and creative team information has been announced for the Arden Theatre Company's Philadelphia premiere of Gee's Bend, by Elyzabeth Gregory Wilder. The production, to be directed by Eleanor Holdridge, will run October 9-December 7, with an opening set for October 15.

Interwoven with gospel music, Gee's Bend spans more than 60 years and three generations of women who turned to quilting as a comfort from the harsh realities of racial indignities, spousal abuse, isolation, and despair.

The cast will include Edwina Findley as Sadie, Kayla Moses Baxter as Nella, Marjorie Johnson as Alice/Asia, and Kes Khemnu as Macon.

The creative team will include Walter Dallas (music director), Marjorie Bradley Kellogg (set), Les Dickert (lighting), Alison Roberts (costumes), and Chris Colucci (sound).
