Arden Theatre Company has announced casting for The Borrowers, Charles Way's adaptation of the beloved children's novel by Mary Norton, to be presented on the F. Otto Haas Stage, December 1-January 30. Whit MacLaughlin will direct.

The Borrowers concerns a tiny family who live on doll house furniture under the floorboards. When their home is discovered, they are forced into the giant universe outside.

The cast will include Delanté G. Keys (The Boy/Uncle Hendreary), Bi Jean Ngo (Arrietty), Steve Pacek (Crampfurl, Spiller, Gypsy, Boy, Eggletina), Marcia Saunders (Mrs. Driver, Aunt Lupy), Catharine Slusar (Homily), and William Zelinkski (Pod).

The design team will include Lewis Folden (set), Rosemarie E. McKelvey (costumes), Drew Billiau (lighting), Nathan Roberts (sound), and Aaron Cromie (puppets).
