Leslie Becker, Jennie Eisenhower, Steven Nicholas, et al. Set for Bristol Riverside Theatre’s Little Women

Bristol Riverside Theatre has announced casting for Little Women, to run May 3-22. Susan Atkinson will direct the production, which will have choreography by Karen Getz and musical direction by Mark Yurkanin.

Based on Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel about a quartet of young women growing up in America during the Civil War, the musical has a book by Allan Knee, music by Jason Howland, and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein.

The company will feature Leslie Becker (Marmee March/Hag), Kim Carson (Beth March/Rodrigo 2), Kara Dombrowski (Amy March/Troll), Jennie Eisenhower (Jo March), Elisa Matthews (Meg March/Clarissa), Cathy Newman (Aunt March/Mrs. Kirk), Steven Nicholas (Mr. John Brooke/Braxton), Stephen Schellhardt (Laurie Laurence/Rodrigo), Michael Sharon (Professor Bhaer), and James Van Treuren (Mr. Laurence/Knight).

The creative team will include scenic designer Roman Tatarowicz, costume designer Millie Hiibel and lighting designer Deborah Constantine.
