The three-year, $9 million community-wide contest seeks the most innovative ideas in the arts to engage and enrich Philadelphia's communities by asking one simple question: What's your best idea for the arts in Philadelphia? Knight Foundation will announce the 2012 winners in the spring.
Theater-related finalists include Arden Theatre Company, Center City Opera Theater, GoKash Productions, Iron Age Theatre, Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, Philadelphia Art Alliance, Philadelphia Theatre Company, Swim Pony Performing Arts, and The Wilma Theater.
