Nine short plays by the resident dramatists of Signature Theatre will be included in the latest edition of Theatre for One, titled In This Moment. Directed by Christine Jones, Theatre for One will be presented for free November 2-21 in the lobby at the Pershing Square Signature Center.

Conceived by Jones and designed by the architecture firm, LO-TEK, the small self-contained theater, complete with theatrical lighting, sound, and design offers room for one performer and one audience member, intensifying the intimate nature of live performance. This edition will feature new works by Lee Blessing, Charles Fuller, John Guare, David Henry Hwang, Bill Irwin, Charles Mee, Suzan-Lori Parks, Regina Taylor, and Naomi Wallace.

At each performance of In This Moment, audience members will line up to take a turn experiencing one of the three plays on offer each week. Audience members have the opportunity to return to In This Moment to see additional plays.

Reservations for Theatre for One will be available 24 hours in advance of each day's performance.
