Michael Laurence will bring his solo show, Krapp, 39 to both London and Dublin, according to The New York Times. He will perform at London’s Tristan Bates Theater, November 22-December 4, and also December 13-22. His Dublin engagement will be at the Axis-Ballymun, December 7-11.

Directed by George Demas, Krapp, 39 is inspired by Samuel Beckett’s Krapp’s Last Tape and deals with an actor examining his own quixotic life on his 39th birthday. The show debuted at the 2008 New York International Fringe Festival, and received an extended Off-Broadway run that was nominated for a Drama Desk Award.

Laurence has appeared on Broadway in Desire Under the Elms and Talk Radio, and other New York credits include The Diary of a Teenage Girl, Two Rooms, and Opus.
