Former Broadway star Usher is among the nominees for the MTV European Music Awards, to be handed out on November 7 in Madrid.
Usher, who briefly starred in Chicago, is up for Best Pop, Best Male, and Best Song.
Other nominees include Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Eminem, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Linkin Park, Kings of Leon, Muse, Miley Cyrus, Kanye West, Enrique Iglesias, Ke$ha, Snoop Dogg, Arcade Fire, Thirty Seconds to Mars, and Vampire Weekend.
