Stage and screen legend Debbie Reynolds’ famed Hollywood memorabilia collection will be auctioned next year by Christie’s New York, according to The Associated Press.
The collection, which was once displayed in Las Vegas and Hollywood, includes Judy Garland’s red slippers from ‘The Wizard of Oz, the fur coat worn by Orson Welles in Citizen Kane, and Marilyn Monroe’s subway dress from The Seven Year Itch.
Reynolds starred on Broadway in Irene and Woman of the Year, and in such films as Singin’ in the Rain and The Unsinkable Molly Brown. She currently tours the country with her nightclub act, including an upcoming gig at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood.
