Bobby Cannavale to Join Cast of CBS’ Blue Bloods

Stage star and Emmy Award winner Bobby Cannavale has joined the cast of the new CBS series Blue Bloods, according to TVGuide.com
Cannavale will play Charles Rosselini, a popular Manhattan District Attorney who has political ambitions.The show, about a multigenerational clan of New York cops, stars Tom Selleck, Len Cariou, Donnie Wahlberg, Will Estes, Andrea Roth, and Bridget Moynihan.
He is currently starring in the Second Stage Theatre production of Trust. His many stage credits include Mauritius, The Gingerbread House and Hurlyburly Cannavale won an Emmy for Will & Grace and previously starred in the series Cupid and Third Watch.
