Stage Manager Beverley Randolph Has Died; Broadway Marquees to Be Dimmed in Her Memory March 16

Stage Manager Beverley Randolph died of cancer on Tuesday, March 15 at her home in Bloomingdale, New Jersey. She was 59. The marquees of Broadway theaters in New York will be dimmed in her memory tonight, March 16, at exactly 8pm for one minute.

Randolph stage managed more than 20 Broadway productions over the course of a 30-plus year career. At the time of her death, she was Production Supervisor for the Broadway musical The Addams Family, with her many other Main Stem credits including Curtains, Little Women, Passion, The Kiss of the Spider Woman, the 2002 revival of Into the Woods, and the 1998 revival of The Sound of Music.

Randolph is survived by her husband James Eisner; mother, Sarah DaCosta; sister Carolyn Borlo; brother-in-law Joseph Borlo; and niece, Sarah Randolph Borlo.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held Monday, May 23 at 2pm at Christ Episcopal Church in Pompton Lakes, NJ. Additionally, a memorial for the Broadway community will be held at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre at a date to be announced.
