Broadway veteran Marva Hicks will star as Camille in a concert presentation of Pat Holley’s all original R&B/Pop musical, Me & Caesar Lee, at the Triad Theatre, on Sundays, March 27, April 3 and April 10 at 8pm. Lee Summers will direct.
Set in the year 1985, the musical is the fictitious story of Camille Lambert, a 43-year-old former pop recording star/songwriter who tries to make a comeback by writing songs for a teenage singing group – leaving her life forever changed.
The cast will also include Devale Ellis as Caesar Lee, Amanda T. Holley as Nakima D, and both Raun Ruffin and Dennis Williams as Paul Hudson.
