Neil LaBute's The Money Shot Extends Off-Broadway

MCC Theater's world premiere production of Neil LaBute's The Money Shot has extended its run at the Lucille Lortel Theatre through October 19. The new comedy began performances on September 4 and will open September 22.

The Money Shot follows a pair of glamorous movie stars who, with their respective partners, must decide whether to go ahead with the filming of a steamy love scene for their new flick. Directed by Terry Kinney, the comedy stars Elizabeth Reaser, Frederick Weller, Callie Thorne, and Gia Crovatin.

LaBute's plays include reasons to be pretty, Fat Pig, The Shape of Things, Some Girl(s), The Break of Noon, and This Is How It Goes, among many others.
