The critically acclaimed all-male repertory productions of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night and Richard III, starring two-time Tony winner Mark Rylance (Jerusalem), will now run through February 16, 2014, extended from its original February 2 closing date.
Rylance stars as the lovestruck Olivia in the comic Twelfth Night and as the title bloodthirsty monarch of the title in Shakespeare's famous history play Richard III. He is joined at the Belasco Theatre by famed British actor Stephen Fry, who makes his Broadway debut as Malvolio in Twelfth Night, as well as Tony nominee Samuel Barnett (The History Boys) who doubles as Viola in Twelfth Night and Queen Elizabeth in Richard III, among a cast of many other accomplished Shakespearean performers. Tim Carroll directs.
