Brittany Murphy Dies at 32

Actress Brittany Murphy, who played Catherine in the 1997 Broadway revival of Arthur Miller’s A View from the Bridge, died on December 20 in Los Angeles, after suffering cardiac arrest. She was 32.

Murphys many films included Clueless, Girl, Interrupted, 8 Mile, and Just Married. She also provided her voice to the FOX series King of the Hill.

She is survived by her husband, Simon Monjack, and her parents, Angelo and Sharon.
