Things to Ruin, a musical revue of the songs of Joe Iconis, will begin a series of Friday night runs at The Zipper Factory, January 9- February 27. It will be directed by John Simpkins.

The show is about human beings who are messy, emotional, drugged up, knocked down, inspired, electric and who don't have nearly enough time to cause the kind of commotion they so desperately need to. Iconis is currently represented Off-Broadway by ReWrite and is best known for his work on the award-winning musical The Black Suits.

The cast features Nick Blaemire, Katrina Rose Dideriksen, Badia Farha, Sarah Glendening, Lance Rubin, Eric William Morris, and Jason "Sweet Tooth" Williams. The band is led by Iconis on keyboard, and includes Ian Kagey, Mike Pettry, and Brent Stranathan.

The creative team includes Matt Hinkley (musical supervision), Jennifer Werner (choreography), Michael Schweikardt (sets), Chris Dallos (lighting), Michelle Eden Humphrey (costume supervision), and Craig Kaufman (sound).
