Hector Lugo to Star in Benefit Performance of La Contessa’s Christmas Carol

Hector Lugo will star in the title role of La Contessa’s Christmas Carol, a campy spin on Charles Dickens’ classic holiday tale. The benefit performance will be presented at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center on Monday, December 6 at 7pm.

Lugo will direct the work, which he has authored with Perry Dell Aquila. The cast will also feature Isaac Calpito (who also choreographs), Sean Ewing, Patrick Ortiz, Waldemar Quinones and Michael Williams with Jody Cole, Gavin Esham, William J. Growney, Lori Hammel, Scott Westervlet, John Wasiniak and more.

Proceeds will benefit The Center and The LGBT Theatre Company.
