Jane Krakowski, Barry Manilow, Shakira, et al. Set for Christmas in Rockefeller Center Special

Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski and Chuck star Zachary Levi will co-host of NBC’s 12th annual Christmas in Rockefeller Center special, to air December 2.

The special, which will culminate with the lighting of the Christmas tree at the center, will also include performances of current hits and holiday classics by Michael Bublé, Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys, Barry Manilow, The Roots, Shakira, and The Radio City Rockettes.

In conjunction with the broadcast, NBC will debut a new interactive text and internet initiative created in partnership with Arbor Day Foundation that will promote awareness for the environment and the Foundation’s work.

Krakowski currently plays the role of Jenna on NBC’s 30 Rock, for which she received a 2009 Emmy Award nomination. She won the Tony for Nine and her other stage credits include Damn Yankees, Grand Hotel, and Starlight Express.
