Fuller, Jungr, LaGreca, MacRae, Sherman, et al. Set for 59E59’s E:Cafe´

59E59 Theaters will transform their Theater C space into a cabaret called E:Cafe´ for the holiday season featuring a rotating line-up of performers.

The series will begin with British songstress Barb Jungr, who will perform selections by Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, and Jacques Brel among others (December 5-8). She will be followed by singer/songwriters Gretchen Cryer and Nancy Ford, who are best known for their musical I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking it on the Road, (December 10, 12, and 19), and MAC Award-winning comedian Angela LaGreca (December 13-16).

Next up is former Tony Award nominee Penny Fuller, who will sing numbers from shows she appeared in such as Applause and Cabaret, including a song written just for her Sally Bowles — that was cut from the show. (December 17, 20-22). Heather MacRae, whose Broadway credits include Hair and Falsettos, will reprise her critically acclaimed show Songs For My Father: A Tribute to Gordon MacRae (December 26-29). In addtiion, cabaret favorite Daryl Sherman will perform every Friday and Saturday at 10pm (December 8-30).
