Bradley Cooper and Paul Rudd will join Julia Roberts in Richard Greenberg's Three Days of Rain, which will play the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre from March 28 through June 18. The show, to be directed by Joe Mantello, will officially open on April 19.

The play's first act centers on Walker (Rudd), his sister Nan (Roberts), and their childhood friend Pip (Cooper); the three meet in New York to divide the legacy of their late fathers, who were partners in a renowned architecture firm. In the second act, the three actors play their characters' parents. Three Days of Rain was first produced by Manhattan Theatre Club in 1997.

The creative team for the new production includes Santo Loquasto (sets and costumes), Paul Gallo (lighting), and David Van Tieghem (sound design). Mantello is currently represented on Broadway by Wicked and The Odd Couple; his previous credits include Glengarry Glen Ross, Assassins, and Take Me Out, for which both he and Greenberg won Tony Awards. Greenberg's A Naked Girl on the Appian Way is currently running at the American Airlines Theatre, and his new play A House in Town will debut at Lincoln Center later this season.

Cooper is one of the stars of the Fox television series Kitchen Confidential and previously starred in the ABC series Alias. Rudd has appeared on Broadway in Twelfth Night and The Last Night of Ballyhoo, Off-Broadway in Bash and The Shape of Things, and in such films as Clueless, The Object of My Affection, and The Cider House Rules. Roberts, who will make her Broadway debut in Three Days of Rain, is one of the world's most popular film actresses and an Academy Award winner for her work in Erin Brockovich.
