Bostwick will play the owner of a Santa Barbara theater, while Rapp will take on the role of the playwright of an ill-fated musical.
Bostwick's theater credits include a Tony for The Robber Bridegroom and Tony-nominations for Grease and They Knew What They Wanted.
Rapp's other Broadway credits include Precious Sons, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Six Degrees of Separation. His film credits include reprising his role of Mark Cohen in the movie adaptation of Rent.
