Jackie Mason, Lucie Arnaz, Marc Salem, et al. Set for Queens Theatre in the Park

Queens Theatre in the Park has announced additional programming for its 2009-2010 season.

Highlights include Saturday evening performances of The News in Revue (September 26-December 26), Opa! The Muscial (October 8-25), Kelly Masterston’s new play Against the Rising Sea starring Elizabeth Franz and Patricia Conolly (October 15-25), Jackie Mason (October 20, 27), Ballet Hispanico (November 7-8), magician Marc Salem (November 21-22), Paul Taylor Dance Company (December 19-20), Zalmen Mlotek and the New Yiddish Chorale (February 21), MOMIX (March 20-21), Avi Hoffman (March 25-28), Lucie Arnaz (April 3), Tsidii LeLoka (April 11), Closer Than Ever starring Sally Mayes and Lynne Wintersteller (April 16-25), 3 Mo’ Divas (April 24), Oleta Adams (May 1), Late Night Catechism 3 (May 7-23), and Phildanco (May 15-16).

Also on tap are the musical Rosa Parks (November 5-7), Doron Ben Atar’s Peace Warrior (November 6), Alice in Wonderland (November 21), A Christmas Carol (November 27), Kitty Chen’s Rosa Loses Her Face (December 4-13), Henry Ong’s Sweet Karma (December 4-20), The Nutcracker (December 29-30), Ferdinand the Bull (January 9), Beauty and the Beast (April 10), and Terry Waldo (April 10).
