Hamlin, Lachey, McIntyre, et al. Set for Dancing With the Stars Tour

Broadway veterans Harry Hamlin, Drew Lachey, and Joey McIntyre will take part in a live national tour of Dancing With the Stars, based on the hit ABC-TV reality show on which they have appeared. The two-month tour will cover 38 citiies, kicking off in San Diego on December 19.

Other contestants from the show who will participate are Lisa Rinna (Hamlin’s wife), Willa Ford, and Joey Lawrence, who is still competing as part of the show’s third season. The six celebrities will be paired with professional dancers Cheryl Burke, Edyta Sliwinska, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Ashly Del Grosso, Louis Van Amstel, and Kym Johnson.

Hamlin appeared on Broadway in the 1994 revival of Awake and Sing! and the 1996 revival of Summer and Smoke. Lachey starred as Marc in Rent from September 2004 through March 2005. McIntyre played Fiyero in Wicked in 2004.
