James Naughton, Patricia Kalember, Mark Blum, Kathleen McNenny, and Cherise Booth will star in a reading of David Wiltse’s A Marriage Minuet at the Westport Country Playhouse on Monday, October 17, beginning at 7:30pm.

Charlotte Moore, artistic director of New York’s Irish Repertory Theater, will direct the reading, which is part of the Playhouse’s Funny Monday series. Afterwards, there will be a conversation with Wiltse, whose other plays include The Good German and Temporary Help.

Naughton has won Tony Awards for his performances in City of Angels and Chicago. Kalember starred on Broadway in The Nerd and is well known for her work on the TV series Sisters. Blum’s Broadway credits include A Thousand Clowns and Twelve Angry Men. McNenny was seen in the Roundabout’s revival of After the Fall. Booth previously appeared at Westport in The Old Settler.

The Funny Monday series will conclude on November 21 with a reading of Deborah Grace Winer’s Big Important Issues. Tickets to both shows are $15 or $10 for each individual play. For reservations and information, call 203-227-4177 or visit www.westportplayhouse.org
