Jersey Boys to Become Broadway's 18th Longest-Running Show on September 22

The Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Jersey Boys will surpass Hello, Dolly's record with 2,845 performances on Saturday night, September 22. It will become the 18th longest-running show in Broadway history.

Inspired by the true story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Jersey Boys features a book by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe. It is directed by Des McAnuff, with choreography by Sergio Trujillo. The production opened on November 6, 2005 at the August Wilson Theatre.

The current cast of the musical is led by Tony Award-winner John Lloyd Young, Matt Bogart, Quinn VanAntwerp, and Andy Karl, with Peter Gregus and Mark Lotito. The cast also includes Miles Aubrey, Candi Boyd, Jared Bradshaw, Cara Cooper, Ken Dow, John Edwards, Russell Fischer, Kristofer McKneeley, Katie O'Toole, Joe Payne, Jessica Rush, Dominic Scaglione Jr., Nathan Scherich, Sara Schmidt, and Taylor Sternberg.
