Singer Andy Williams passed away at his home in Branson, Missouri on Tuesday, September 25, according to published reports. He was 84.

Williams, whose cause of death was related to his battle with bladder cancer, had a 75-year entertainment career, which included a 1974 appearance on Broadway with composer and pianist Michel LeGrand.

Williams’ recording career yielded numerous gold and platinum records – including the iconic “Moon River” – and he is also well known for his television appearances on the Emmy Award-winning The Andy Williams Show.

He is survived by his wife Debbie, and his three children from a previous marriage, Noelle, Christian, and Robert.
