The new musical Catch Me If You Can has announced the theater it will play. The show will begin previews at the Neil Simon Theatre on March 7, 2011 in anticipation of an opening on April 10. Jack O'Brien will direct, with choreography by Jerry Mitchell. Casting and additional creative team information for the Broadway production will be announced at a later date.

Based on the 2002 Steven Spielberg film of the same name, the show features a book by Terrence McNally, music by Marc Shaiman, and lyrics by Shaiman and Scott Wittman.

The musical centers on Frank Abagnale, Jr., a world-class con artist who is pursued by straight-arrow FBI agent Carl Hanratty. It was first seen at Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre for a limited engagement during the summer of 2009.
