The Tony and Grammy-winning hit musical Jersey Boys staged its 3,225th performance on August 23, surpassing the 1940s comedy Life With Father to become Broadway's 16th longest-running show.

Jersey Boys, written by Marshall Brickman (The Addams Family) and Rick Elice (Peter and the Starcatcher), first opened on Broadway on November 6, 2005. The musical follows the rise of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, the popular 1960s pop/rock quartet made famous by hit songs such as "Sherry," "Walk Like a Man," and "Big Girls Don't Cry." In addition to its Broadway production, Jersey Boys is also currently playing in Las Vegas, London, Perth, and Johannesburg.

The current cast of Jersey Boys features Matt Bogart (Nick Massi), Drew Gehling (Bob Gaudio), Andy Karl (Tommy DeVito), and Dominic Scaglione Jr. (Frankie Valli) as The Four Seasons. The company also includes Peter Gregus, Mark Lotito, Miles Aubrey, Erik Bates, Candi Boyd, Jared Bradshaw, Joseph Leo Bwarie, Ken Dow, Russell Fischer, Rashad Naylor, Katie O'Toole, Joe Payne, Jessica Rush, Nathan Scherich, Sara Schmidt, and Taylor Sternberg.
