In House for Sale, Franzen travels to his childhood home in Missouri to sell the family house following his mother's death. Feeling a burden to sell the property for a price his exacting mother would accept, Franzen purges the home of personal artifacts, unearths hidden mini-treasures, and selects a realtor.

The cast will feature Rob Campbell, Merritt Janson, Lisa Joyce, Christina Rouner, and Michael Rudko.

The design team will include Laura Jellinek (set design), Therese Wadden (costume design), Thomas Dunn (lighting design), Daniel Kluger (sound design), and Andrew Lazarow (projection design). Polly Pen has written an original score for the production.
