At the session, participants meet in a Broadway rehearsal studio, have a customized presentation created for them by the program's director, choreographer, costumer, and make-up artist, and have professional headshots taken.

Judy Kaye won a 2012 Tony for her role in the musical Nice Work If You Can Get It. In addition, she received a Tony Award for her performance as Carlotta in The Phantom of the Opera and was Tony-nominated for her work in Souvenir and Mamma Mia!
