Daniel Jenkins, Katherine McGrath and William Youmans will join the cast of the Broadway production of Billy Elliot the Musical, beginning with the September 6 performance at the Imperial Theatre. They replace Gregory Jbara, Carole Shelley, and Joel Hatch, respectively, in the roles of Dad, Grandma, and George.

Based on the 2000 film of the same name, the show tells the tale of a young boy with a dream of being a dancer. The musical features music by Elton John, book and lyrics by Lee Hall, direction by Stephen Daldry, and choreography by Peter Darling.

Jenkins' Broadway previous credits include Mary Poppins, Wrong Moutain, Big, Angels in America, and Big River. McGrath's prior Broadway appearances include A Tale of Two Cities, The Music Man, and The Night of the Tribades. Youmans' Main Stem work has included Wicked, Finian's Rainbow, Baz Luhrmann's La Boheme, The Farnsworth Invention, Pirate Queen, Titanic, Big River, and The Little Foxes.

The production also currently stars Emily Skinner (Mrs. Wilkinson), Patrick Mulvey (Tony), Neil McCaffrey and Cameron Clifford (Michael) and Giuseppe Bausilio, Tade Biesinger, Joseph Harrington, and Peter Mazurowski as Billy.
