Rain, the critically acclaimed spectacular presented by the world-renowned Cirque Éloize troupe, will play the Curran Theater in San Francisco from September 20 through October 16. Part of the 2005-2006 “Best of Broadway” season, Rain replaces a canceled production of Conor McPherson’s Shining City.

Written and directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, founder of Teatro Sunil, Rain draws on childhood memories as it blends dance, theater, daring stunts, and humor. The Quebec-based ensemble Cirque Éloize is known for its technical brilliance and artistry. Rain was seen earlier this summer at the New Victory Theater in New York City.
