Lewis Black to Play Broadway in Running on Empty

Comedian Lewis Black will play a limited engagement of his new show Running on Empty at Broadway’s Richard Rodgers Theater October 9-14, according to The New York Times.

The show will feature Black’s take on politics, including this year’s Presidential election.

Black has performed at such New York venues as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, as well as the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. On television, he has appeared on The Daily Show and has written and starred in a string of successful HBO and Comedy Central specials, including Black on Broadway.
