The York Theatre Company offered a sneak peek of the new musical Falling for Eve, on Wednesday, June 23. Larry Raben directs the production, which will run July 6-August 8.

Featuring a book by 2010 Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro, music by Bret Simmons, and lyrics by David Howard, the show offers an unconventional retelling of the story of Adam and Eve, filled with unexpected twists and turns.

The company features Jennifer Blood, Krystal Joy Brown, Nehal Joshi, Adam Kantor, Jose Llana, and Sasha Sloan.

The creative team includes Lee Martino (musical staging), Kim Steiner (musical direction), Beowulf Boritt (scenic design), Bobby Pearce (costume design), and Herrick Goldman (lighting design).
