Liz Canavan, Christopher Durang, Dallas Roberts, et al. Set for Reading of Leah Ryan’s The Wire

Ronan Babbitt, Liz Canavan, Maria McConville, and Dallas Roberts will star in a reading of the late Leah Ryan’s The Wire, to be presented at the Atlantic Theater Company’s Linda Gross Theater, on June 15 at 7pm. Dev Bondarin will direct, and playwright Christopher Durang will be on hand to commemorate the author and her work.
The play is about a family of high wire circus act performers. The evening will also mark the official launch of the Leah Ryan Fund for Emerging Women Writers (Leah’s FEWW) and the annual competition to award a cash prize to an emerging woman playwright for a significant theatrical work.
