Gerroll, Guirgis, Kalember, LaCause, McCarthy, Rapp, et al. Set for EST Marathon C

Daniel Gerroll, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Patricia Kalember, Sebastian LaCause, Andrew McCarthy, and Adam Rapp will be among the participants in Series C of Ensemble Studio Theatre’s Marathon 2006, which takes place June 13-25.

There will be four one-act plays presented during this concluding series of the month-long event. McCarthy will direct Ann Marie Healy’s The Night That Roger Went to Visit the Parents of His Old High School Girlfriend, starring Gerroll, Kalember, and Jack Carpenter. LaCause will star alongside Whitney Basar, Jennie Eisenhower, and Jessica Carter in The Bus to Buenos Aires (A Musical), written by Thomas Mizer and Curtis Moore, and directed by Carlos Armesto.

Also on tap are Detail, written by Michael Louis Wells and directed by John Leonard Thompson, which will star Dana Powers Acheson and John Leonard Thompson. Lastly, Rapp will direct Stephen Adly Guirgis’ Dominica: The Fat, Ugly Ho, starring Carlo Alban, Dominic Colon, and Liza Colon-Zayas.
