Stage and screen stars Kevin Kline and Dianne Wiest will perform I take your hand in
mine …
in a staged reading benefiting The Acting Company to be held at The Kaye
Playhouse
on Monday, June 25, at 7pm.

This play by Carol Rocamora features the love letters of Anton Chekhov to Olga Knipper.

Kline received Tony Awards for On the Twentieth Century and The Pirates of Penzance. His many other stage credits include King Lear, Hamlet and Cyrano de Bergerac. He won an Oscar for A Fish Called Wanda, and his many films include The Big Chill, In and Out, and Sophie’s Choice.

Wiest’s many theater credits include The Cherry Orchard, The Forest, The Seagull, All My Sons, Salome, Othello, In the Summer House, Third, Memory House, and The Art of Dining.
She won two Academy Awards for Hannah and Her Sisters and Bullets Over Broadway. She received an Emmy Award for Avonlea and for In Treatment and a nomination for The Simple Life of Noah Dearborn.
