Doyle, Esparza, Felciano to Speak With Transport Group’s Cummings

An Evening with John Doyle, a special event featuring the Tony Award-nominated director of Sweeney Todd in conversation with Jack Cummings III, the co-artistic director of Transport Group, will take place at 7pm on Monday, June 5 at the SoHo Playhouse (15 Vandam Street).

The event will also feature interviews with Tony-nomined actor Manoel Felciano, who stars as Tobias in Sweeney Todd, and actor Raul Esparza and orchestrator Mary-Mitchell Campbell, who will be working with Doyle on this fall’s Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim’s Company. The show was first done earlier this year in Cincinnati, with Esparza in the lead role of Bobby.

Tickets are $30 for the event only (general admission) and $75 for VIP seating and a private reception with the participants. The event is being filmed for The Lincoln Center Theatre on Film and Tape Archives.
