In addition, Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara will present an honorary award to The Public Theater on its 50th Anniversary presenting free theater at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. On hand to accept will be The Public's Artistic Director Oskar Eustis and Executive Director Patrick Willingham.

The Outer Critics Circle is an association with members affiliated with more than ninety newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations, Internet, and theatre publications in America and abroad.

The winners in the 23 competitive categories will be announced on Monday, May 14 at the annual awards ceremony, to be held at Sardi's Restaurant on Thursday, May 24 at 4pm.
