DC-7, The Roberto Clemente Story is to present a one-night charity performance to benefit local not-for-profit organization The Cristian Rivera Foundation, March 22 at 8pm.

DC-7, The Roberto Clemente Story is a bilingual musical that draws on the journey of the first Hispanic inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, from his humble origins to his record-breaking career with the Major Leagues.

Founded by associate producer of DC-7 John "Gungie" Rivera, The Cristian Rivera Foundation works to raise awareness of a rare pediatric brain stem tumor known as Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma and fund the promising medical research into its cure. Rivera began the foundation after his 6-year-old son Cristian lost a two-year battle with DIPG.
