D.C. Anderson, Christine Lavin, Victoria Shaw, et al. Set for Metropolitan Room Concert

D.C. Anderson, Christine Lavin, and Victoria Shaw will be among the artists performing at a March 24 concert at the Metropolitan Room celebrating the release of the new CD, in my room. The LML Music disc will be available for purchase online on April 13, and will raise funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The disc features performances by Anderson, Lavin and Shaw, as well as Mike Reid, Roy Zimmerman, Peter Bradley Adams and Bryce Kulak, among others. Each of the singers chose the material they perform on the CD, which features songs by Bob Dylan, Curtis Mayfield, Cheryl Wheeler, Patty Griffin, Ray LaMontagne, Tom Waits, and Bruce Springsteen.

Additional performers at the Metropolitan Room concert include Sally Fingerett, Claudia Anderson, Hope Nunnery and Steve Tarshis, Dakota Blonde, Lori Lieberman, David Roth, Ritt Henn, and Modern Man.

As previously announced there will also be a release event for the CD at Barnes & Noble Lincoln Triangle on March 24 at 5:30pm.
