Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman, Jeff Goldblum, Patrick Wilson Set for The Baster

Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman, Jeff Goldblum and Patrick Wilson will star in the film The Baster, which is being co-directed by Will Speck and Josh Gordon, according to Variety.

Miramax will distribute the film, which is written by Allan Loeb, and based on a short story by Jeffrey Eugenides.

The story revolves around friends Wally (Bateman) and Kassie (Aniston), whose plan to have a baby on her own is complicated when Wally secretly swaps Kassie’s chosen sperm donation with his own. Wilson will play the genetically superior sperm donor that Kassie originally selects, and Goldblum will portray Wally’s boss.
