Marcia Milgrom Dodge to Direct Born for Broadway Benefit

Marcia Milgrom Dodge will direct the third annual Born for Broadway benefit, to be held on Monday May 21 at 8pm at the American Airlines Theatre. Lawrence Yurman will musical direct the event, which raises funds for The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.

The performance will be a cabaret event, featuring performers from current and past Broadway shows. Casting will be announced in the near future.

Dodge received a Tony nomination for her direction of the revival of Ragtime, which she also choreographed. Among her other credits are a recent revival of Cabaret for Reprise Theatre in Los Angeles, and, as previously announced, she will direct a new production of Around the World in 80 Days at the Pittsburgh Public Theatre this spring

The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation is dedicated to curing spinal cord injury by funding innovative research, and improving the quality of life for people living with paralysis through grants, information and advocacy.
