Loni Ackerman, Joy Franz, Jerry Matz, et al. Set for Marvell Repertory Theatre’s Inaugural Season

Marvell Repertory Theatre has announced casting for its inaugural season, to be offered February 18 – April 3 at the Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex. As previously announced, the repertory schedule will include a double bill of Ingmar Bergman’s Nora and J.M Synge’s In the Shadow of the Glen; Federico Garcia Lorca’s Blood Wedding; and Joseph C. Landis’ adaptation of S. Ansky’s The Dybbuk. Lenny Leibowitz will direct the productions.

The company for the productions will feature Loni Ackerman, Hamish Allan-Headley, Brian J. Carter, Rachel Claire, Daniel Owen Dungan, Ava Eisenson, Joy Franz, Marc Geller, Sean Gormley, Nicolas Greco, Chris Kipiniak, Stephanie Lynne Mason, Jerry Matz, William Metzo, Allison McLemore, Rosalinda Perron, Evgeniya Radilova, Mike Rosengarten, Lorraine Serabian, Barbara Spiegel, Eileen Ward, and Perri Yaniv.

The creative team will include scenic designer Tijana Bjelajac; costume designer Susan Nester; lighting designer Nicholas Houfek and sound sound designer Daniel Dungan. In addition, Adam Knauss will provide original music for Blood Wedding and The Dybbuk, Katie Ostrowski will choreograph Blood Wedding and Gabrielle Orcha will provide choreography for The Dybbuk.
