Tony Award winner Bernadette Peters will return to ABC’s hit series Ugly Betty as magazine editor Jodie Papadakis on the show’s February 19 and 26 episodes.

Peters won Tony Awards for her work in Annie Get Your Gun and Song & Dance. Her many Broadway credits include Gypsy, Sunday in the Park With George, Into the Woods, and The Goodbye Girl. She also recently appeared on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and the Lifetime movie Living Proof, and is the author of the book Broadway Barks.

The show, which stars America Ferrara in the title role, will be airing new episodes through the middle of March before going on hiatus, with an expected return in late spring. While ABC has yet to confirm that the show will return for a fourth season, recently published reports indicate that it will be renewed.
