Cabaret Benefit for TRU

Theater Resources Unlimited presents their second annual TRULove Cabaret Benefit, which continues their support for producers and not-for-profit theater companies in the New York area. The proceeds from this evening of food, drink, and entertainment will help sponsor TRU's Third Annual New Play Reading Series and their Second Annual New Musicals Reading Series.

A few of the performers scheduled to appear include: Roger Bart, Matt Bogart, B.J. Crosby, Dan Jenkins, Heather MacRae, Robert Evans and Luba Mason. There will also be a silent auction & raffle featuring Broadway and Off Broadway theater tickets and dinners, plus prizes from Avon Products, Oscar de la Renta fragrance, Wedgewood and much more.

The benefit will take place Monday March 6, 2000 at Saint Peter's Church located at 619 Lexington Avenue, entrance on 54th Street. Buffet and drinks are at 7:00pm and the performances will begin at 8:15 pm. Tickets for TRU members are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. Tickets for Non-members are $50 in advance, $60 at the door. For further information about TRU, call 212-714-7628.
